Why is it that undrafted free agents are usually more successful than "Mr. Irrelevants" ?

James Harrison, Arian Foster, Willie Parker, Jammal Jackson, Leonard Weaver, Lorenzo Neal, Legarrete Blount? These guys were all undrafted free agents and one was the DPYO in 2008, one was the leading rusher last year, one is the best blocking FB of all time, helping multiple RBs het over 1000 yards. The most famous Mr. Irrelevant is some kicker named Ryan Something, Why do you think this is?? I think its because these guys can motivate themselves to reach succes and because scouts can be be dumb�sses.
