Need help choosing haircolor?
im a latina with fair skin and dark eyes. iwant to change the color of my hair. my natural color is a dark rich brow.idont want to do anything drastic that would cause me to change the color of my eyebrows. im 19 and going for a vert mature look. can any1 give me advice?
