Posted a used coach bag on ebay?

i didn't put that it was real because honestly i don't know i got it as a gift all that i did put was that its coach design and the numbers that is inside of the bag... i had like 15 people bid on the bag but now i received a message from ebay saying that my item was deleted after if has sold because its been reported or whatever for trademark violation... the lady paid with an echeck so i had to wait for it to clear so now i don't know if i should refund her the money and not ship the bag i don't want to get in trouble
