Neighbours lying to rspca and the council constantly about me?

Call the police and tell them you are being harred and in turn they are wasting valuable public resources on some sort of vendetta against you. Personally I would constantly have parties on the front lawn and make their life hell and I would stand up to them and ask what is your F ing problem. You do not have to put up with their antics but you do have to sort them out.
