What is the best sewing machine to get?

need it for making clothes , handbags need it to go though thick fabric like leather and Denim and to do quilting on it but my budget is 250 max and i need it to last forever pleases help me . p.s it's my first sewing machine and i know how to use a sewing machine .and i'm 14
