Bus lanes May I enter them to overtake (actually undertake) when the vehicle in my lane is turning right?

No, not whilst they are in their operating times. I have noticed that cctv is being increasingly focussed on bus lanes in my city, just to catch the motorist in the act and get more revenue in the way of penalties. Beware, Big Brother really is watching you. lol
