Are those pimples or is it a skin rash? HOW COULD I MAKE IT GO AWAY ?!?

i am a 17 years old girl i had a pure baby skin until the last 3 months :( pimples started to appear on my forehead, i started to panic .,.,i used every kind of soap nitrogena mask and face wash ,pears soaps,detol,olive soaps etc but with no effect.some people said it is because of bad nutrition i tried having a tea spoon of yeast daily early morning but it didnt do anything! ,.,.,i tried garlic ,orange juice,lemon juice ,rose water ,i even tried cinnamon and honey mask BUT NOTHING IS WORKING :(,., .,., everyone now when they talk to me they look at my forehead not my eyes .and when i look at the mirror i find yellow thing under the pimples so i squeeze it to get rid of it as a result it gets worst and more RED. wat to do i am really desperate.right now i am putting a band aid blaster on it so that i would avoid touching and seeing it.
