Urgent Help Needed !?

im not to sure what an e&a is im in australia and iv never herd of it.. but you defiantly need to see a doc and get it x rayed i got hit by a 4WD when i was motorbike riding and dislocated mine it healed on its own just with pain meds and rest and depending if its inflamed or not maybe try ice icing on for 15mins then leaving it of for 15 mins then ice again for 15 that will help any swelling around the knee untill you can get an x ray but usually after 48 to 72 hours ice wont do alot of help but still worth doing.. if you are getting pins and needles you could have damaged a nerve but im not a doctor so i wouldnt know but please go get it x rayed and examied by a doc best of luck!.. i think even trying your closest emergancy room they will xray it on the spot and help you with the pain better to be safe then sorry :) x
