Parent versus partner this is serious?

Seems like you found a good man and time to leave home has come.Your partner is at a perfect age for something serious if your bf was around your age he would have left cause men are immature and tend to mature later in life!!!Make sure you don't lose your man cause your situation can make him tired and bored!Your dad needs help and I am surprised you are still living in a house where someone exercised abuse to you!Your dad has no right to do what he does!I hope your man sees you through it all.You mention family style,if your man is divorced and has kids you needn't worry,quite the opposite if he is a parent he will be twice as loving and tender to you and men do not live with their kids so you needn't worry.I would stick to my man and leave home.Sort your life for sure but do not presume your man will wait forever!He sounds perfect!
