My 96 yr old father went to his gp yesterday with his health care aide for a severe cold and cough,?

the doctor prescribed meth with codine in it,this doctor was also my doctor i quit going to him because he was a little senile and extremely invasive,i have my doubts he treated my dad in the right manner,my dad is wheezing ,and coughing his head off ,im thinking hes got either walking pneumonia or a bad bronchial infection.he should really see another doctor .i cant tell my brother or the aide about this because theyll shoo me off .im always wrong,but the end result is that my father will get so sick theyll hospitalize him.
