Chicken was left to thaw in the sun, 2 hours, brought in and it is still frozen. Is it OK that it was in sun?
Techinically, yes, even though that wasn't the best thing to do. If the chicken is still frozen, it means it wasn't in the danger zone for bacteria growth (41-135 F). If it's not in the danger zone, then it should be safe if cooked properly.
